The EarlyBirds team will then work with the SMEs to identify and evaluate potential Innovators who can solve customer business challenges.

CHALLENGER
Challenger program is designed to work on a single challenge at a time with the organisation. There are five work packages focused on resolving a specific challenge in weeks. - Run by a SME to identify business challenges, then explore potential innovators to match
- On the completion of the program, customer will get a roadmap of options
- Mini Challenger Program starts at $25,000, including risk-free success-based engagement for key customers.
